my point was more regarding specific players.
a young guy that could be a 3rd liner, but doesn't get the confidence (so no ice time) from his coach might see his career go a complete different way than in a situation where he gets 12-15 minutes a night and can show his worth.
no ice time = no career, and in nhl careers can be broken quite rapidly... |
